Autograph is signed in black pen by Tom Baker, and is un-dedicated which is quite hard to find. Tom has also put Dr. Who IV along with his signature! "Horror Of Fang Rock" at the bottom of the slide is not Tom's Writing.

Overall in great condition for its age.
